Inside, the house features four bedrooms, polished wooden floors throughout, and an open plan kitchen and living area designed for easy, comfortable holiday living. Spacious east and north facing decks provide inviting spots to relax, dine outdoors, or unwind in the afternoon sea breeze.

The expansive backyard is perfect for long, lazy days together enjoy endless games of backyard cricket, let the kids and pets roam freely, or gather around the impressive hardwood grazing table for long lunches. The wood-fired pizza oven adds a fun, delicious way to dine alfresco under the stars.

With the beach just steps away, heading out for a swim or surf couldn"t be simpler. An outdoor shower is conveniently located to rinse off the salt and sand when you return.

The home includes practical conveniences such as TV, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, dryer, gas cooking, and a gas BBQ.
No bath. Linen is NOT included.
